The Green at 38th
Just blocks from Ridge Top Village, Wheat Ridge is currently enhancing its community spaces and revitalizing its central area. The Green at 38th project, initiated in May 2024, is progressing smoothly. This new park aims to serve as a vibrant hub for the community, offering a flexible and safe gathering space for events, concerts, and festivals.
The initial phase involves improving the parking lot adjacent to the park to facilitate easier movement for adjacent businesses, slated for completion by early August. The subsequent phase will transform the area between the new parking lot and 38th Avenue into a beautiful green space, expected to be finished by mid-to-late 2025. This park will pay homage to Wheat Ridge’s agricultural history while providing residents with a versatile area for a variety of community activities.
